Eligibility for Returns: 

  • You may initiate a return if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. 
  • Customised or personalised items are generally not eligible for returns unless they are found to be damaged or defective upon receipt.

 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within three (3) days of receiving your order. You can reach our support team at shopghalini@gmail.com. Please have your order number and a detailed reason for the return ready when contacting us.


Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a phone call from our team with the next steps.


Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.  


Refunds or Replacements: Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your refund or replacement based on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Replacements will be sent out promptly, subject to availability.


Timeframe for Returns: Returns must be initiated and the item(s) shipped back to us within seven (7) of the original delivery date. Any returns received after this timeframe may not be accepted. 


Condition of Returned ItemTo be eligible for a refund or replacement, the returned item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.


What is not eligible for Return
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the below criteria. 
  • Orders which are past the return period(7 days from delivery date)
  • Items which are believed to have been washed.
  • Items that do not meet hygiene standards due to foreign stains, sweat, or dirt.

 

Exemptions: Certain items, such as personalised products or items sold as final sale, may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
